Iron deficiency is the most common deficiency disease among westernized women and children.

Lock of iron can affect energy, focus, brain and overall health and immunity as iron transports oxygen to your cells.

The fact that an iron deficiency is most common in communities that consume the most heme – (from blood) iron indicates clearly that animal products are not a reliable source of iron. In fact, we know that the consumption of animal products can result in heavy menstrual bleeding; as animal products are inflammatory and encourage painful, heavy menstruation.

Non-heme iron is in all plant foods and as long as you have natural Vit C from raw plant food daily, you will be able to assimilate non-heme (not from blood) iron.
